NEW COLOR CLIENTS

In an effort to provide the best outcome possible for you, we provide ALL new color clients with a customized color consultation. We have discovered that this is a vital part of your new color service with us, and will help us help you reach your desired result. In addition to speaking with you around the goal for your color, we analyze your hair type, length and condition (integrity of your hair). We do a patch test to check if there are any allergic reactions to the color. This customized color consultation also allows us to more accurately determine the service(s) needed, the timing for these services, and the cost for these services. For these reasons, ALL new color clients will need this customized consultation prior to scheduling your first color service with us.

CUSTOMIZED COLOR CONSULTATION - FAQ’S

How long is this customized color consultation?

This consultation is a 30 minute (verbal) appointment. There will be a strand test performed during this 30 minutes and the color will need time to process. Total appointment time can be up to 1 ½ hours, depending on the desired results.

Can I book the consultation and the color service on the same day?

We are unable to book both on the same day. Until we gather all the information from your consultation, we can not accurately determine the service(s), timing and pricing of your color service.

Can I get color the same day as the consultation?

Since many of our clients pre-book up to three future appointments, we are busy, so it is difficult for us to accommodate short notice appointment requests.

How much does the consultation cost?

The consultation is complimentary. We will just need a credit card to hold your reservation with us (American Express, Discover, Master Card or Visa).

How long is the color consultation good for?

30 days, unless there are changes from initial consultation day.

CHILDREN IN THE HOUSE

With respect to safety and experience of all our guests, children are not permitted in the service areas unless they are receiving a service. In any other instance, they must be accompanied by an adult. It is not advisable to bring children to your regularly scheduled appointments for the reasons mentioned above.

CELL PHONES

No stress passing please, with respect to the experience of all of our guests, we kindly request all cell phones/devices to be powered off or put on mute during your visit with us.

RESERVATIONS | NEW APPOINTMENTS

We recommend that you schedule your next service before you leave so that you may get a day and time that fits your schedule. Walk-in clients are welcome, however, it can be challenging to get a service in this fashion since many of our guest's pre-book their future appointments.

CANCELLATIONS

Your appointment time has been reserved especially for you. We kindly ask that you give us 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Missed appointments or last minute cancellations are subject to a $25 service charge. If you arrive late for your appointment, we regret that we will be unable to extend scheduled service times. In an effort to accommodate your appointment, another designer may perform some or all of your service (if available). Subject to a $25 service charge.
